Is service staff included in your pricing?

Yes, service staff is included in the per guest pricing.

Is there a guest minimum?

We have a 50 guest minimum. Less than 50 guests is an additional 20% fee.

Is flatware included with your services?

Quality clear plastic disposable tableware is included for full-service events (non drop-off events). Tableware may be upgraded to “faux” plastic china for an additional $3.00/guest or full china service for an additional $7.00-$9.00/guest based on location.

Do you offer chinaware?

Yes, full china service is available for an additional $7.00-$9.00/guest based on location.

Do you offer tastings?

We offer complimentary monthly group tastings that allow you to try our food before making a decision. You can bring up to 6 people, including yourself. You may request two entrees and two sides from our Traditional Dinner Buffet Menu to try. Click here to schedule a tasting!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check or credit/debit card payments. There is a 4.5% fee for all credit/debit card transactions.

Do you require a deposit?

A $250.00 deposit is required to secure the date and services. This deposit goes toward the final balance which is due two weeks prior to your event.

When do you need our final guest count and payment?

We will reach out three weeks prior to your event for your final guest count. Your final guest count will determine your final balance due. This amount is due two weeks prior to your event.

How far do you travel?

We cater all of Central Indiana and will typically travel within an 80 mile radius of our catering kitchen. There is a $125.00 travel/delivery fee for locations over 40 miles away.

Is delivery included?

Are there any service or setup fees?

We do not charge any hidden service or setup fees. We do not charge a standard 18-22% gratuity — instead we leave this amount at your discretion to include with your final payment or leave with the catering manager the day of your event.

When do you arrive to setup for the event and how long do you stay?

For weddings, service staff typically arrives an hour before the ceremony or an hour before guest arrival for off-site ceremonies. For all other types of events, staff will typically arrive an hour before food service is to begin.

Once dinner service is complete, staff will break down the buffet, buss tables, and then clean up to leave unless contracted in advance for cake cutting services. Our staff do not stay for the duration of your event, only the portion we are responsible for unless contracted in advance. This includes the drink station. If you or your venue will not be providing bar services, we recommend you provide non-alcoholic beverages such as bottled water for your guests after our departure.

Do you offer cake cutting services?

Yes, we offer cake cutting services for $1.00/guest. These services include quality clear plastic disposable plates, forks, and white paper napkins.

Does the service staff bus tables?

Yes, our service staff will walk around to each guest table and bus any appetizer and dinner service tableware.

Are non-alcoholic beverages included?

Our full-service events and menus include water, tea, and lemonade.

What is your leftover policy?

You may choose to keep any leftover food as long as you sign our leftover waiver form. Due to health department guidelines with regard to food temperatures and food borne illnesses, we do not release any leftover food without a signed waiver form. If you choose not to keep any leftovers, the food will be donated to our local soup kitchen or homeless shelter.

Do you include gratuity?

We do not include gratuity with our pricing. We understand everyones budget is different. Instead we leave this amount at your discretion to include with your final payment or leave with the catering manager the day of your event to evenly distribute amongst those staff members.

Yes, we offer full bar services including both well and premium liquor, as well as beer and wine. Click here for more information about our bar services!

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for both food and bar services.
